Core Responsibilities As a Creative Technical Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch technical support to internal teams, external clients, and partners. Your responsibilities will include: Creative Production: Mastering the SDK (API) that powers our dynamic ads, building or modifying interactive HTML widgets, and creating demo or live campaign creative using HTML, video, or image-based dynamic templates. Support: Troubleshooting JavaScript, CSS, and HTML code issues with digital ads, responding to support tickets, documenting solutions, and providing development best practices to meet client objectives and production goals. Collaboration: Working closely with internal Customer Experience Managers, creative production, education, and product teams to ensure the successful execution of omni-channel advertising campaigns. Technical Expertise: Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in digital advertising technologies, including Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects, to provide expert guidance and support. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, creative, and analytical skills. The essential qualifications include: Advanced-level knowledge: JavaScript, CSS, & HTML5, with strong experience in jQuery and GSAP. Design expertise: Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma. Technical skills: Working knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects, as well as experience with ticketing or task management systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Bugzilla, Basecamp, or Asana. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools and network traffic inspectors. Communication skills: Professional written and spoken communication, with the ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and clear style. Education and experience: A BA/BS or comparable degree or certification in a technical field, with at least 4+ years of work experience in digital advertising, web development, or a related technology field.
