Key Responsibilities As an Associate, Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on selling and renewing contracts, while providing exceptional customer service and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Working within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas through the sale of renewals and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to inform business decisions and strategy. Developing and maintaining in-depth product knowledge and technical understanding of our services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Initiating steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction. Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones. Handling a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication and proactive engagement. Collaborating with your team and management to deliver a professional and seamless experience for customers and prospects. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and leveraged. Undertaking a range of sales motions, including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals, to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or service capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas and goals. Prior experience in high-volume calling and sales environments, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues and concerns. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new technology and systems quickly. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable: Experience working in a similar industry or sector, with knowledge of our products and services. Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
