Job Overview We are seeking individuals to participate in National and Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews. As a Customer Assistant at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to participate in online or in-person discussions, sharing your thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics. Topics of Interest We are currently seeking participants for focus groups and studies on the following topics: Child Related: If you have children 18 years or younger, we want to hear from you. Cell Phones: Share your experiences with Apple, Android, or Windows devices, whether you have a prepaid or contract plan. Entertainment: Discuss your favorite TV shows, movies, and video games. Food: Whether you prefer fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining, we want to know your thoughts. Sports: From casual viewers to die-hard fans, we invite you to share your opinions on sports. Electronics: Tell us about your preferred devices and why you choose them. Pets: If you're an animal lover, we need your input on pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals. Automobiles: Share your experiences with owning, making payments, or leasing a vehicle. Responsibilities As a Customer Assistant at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the discussion start time, whether online or in-person. Participating fully in the discussion by completing written and oral instructions. Completing written surveys provided for each panel. Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop. Access to a reliable internet connection. A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics. The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. Essential and Preferred Qualifications While no experience is required, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to share your opinions and experiences. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
