Responsibilities As a Customer Care Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time Participating by completing written and oral instructions Completing written surveys provided for each panel MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop Must have access to a reliable internet connection Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Experience While experience is not required, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.
