About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Care Advocate to join our team, focusing on our SalonBiz Software. SalonBiz is a single, all-encompassing solution designed for unlimited growth for salons and spas, offering a suite of tools including appointment booking, integrated payments, inventory management, and comprehensive reporting. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have the tools and expertise needed to thrive in their businesses. Key Responsibilities Passionately support SalonBiz's commitment to creating outstanding experiences for each of our customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and text requests, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns Deliver software training to customers, empowering them to maximize the potential of our SalonBiz solution Master the SalonBiz platform to provide expert guidance on its features and applications, ensuring customers can leverage the software to drive their business forward Offer technical support, including application installs specific to SalonBiz, and develop skills in Oracle SQL developer to enhance your troubleshooting capabilities Demonstrate empathy and understanding in every customer interaction, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently Proactively reduce cancellations by identifying and addressing customer concerns, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs Essential Qualifications Minimum one year of related work experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or technical software support environment Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think outside the box and explore innovative solutions to customer challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support Experience with the SalonBiz software in a salon environment is highly desirable, although not essential Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong technical skills, with experience in software applications and a willingness to develop expertise in new technologies Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and process improvement What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
