Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or online environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail preferred, but not required Ability to speak multiple languages a plus, but not necessary Previous experience with live chat or email customer support a plus Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
