Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email Create raving fans for blithequark every single day by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside of the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and quarterly bonuses Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Awards and Recognition We are proud to have been ranked as a top 5 place to work in the state of Pennsylvania in 2021, and Newsweek magazine recognized blithequark as providing Best Customer Service in the country. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Preferred Qualifications Experience in live chat or phone support Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail Experience with sales or customer service software Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment and have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period.
