Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Preferred Qualifications Experience in live chat or phone support Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail Experience with sales or customer service software Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
