Job Responsibilities and Expectations We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Care and Sales Engineer professional to join our team. As a critical part of our business process, this position is responsible for growing new business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets by performing the following duties: Proactively build and foster strong relationships with clients to increase sales potential and meet sales objectives Own the effectiveness of the sales cycle from start to finish, with a focus on getting started and driving results Utilize CRM in HubSpot to track and move business through the pipeline and sales process for accurate forecasting Create new business and leads on a continuous basis Provide cost estimates, credit terms, and plan sales for orders received Work with clients to create arrangements and ensure a smooth sales process Work to identify new potential customers through professional references, client references, and more Gather sales data to track the effectiveness of effort and adjust approach to improve results Answer current and prospective client questions about products, installation, pricing, and lead times in a way that adheres to sales practices and supports clear communication Understand and communicate motivation programs/contributions to clients when appropriate Prepare reports of sales and maintain account management Enter new client information and other sales data for current clients into CRM database Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive and independent with the ability to step up and take initiative Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university A proven track record of strong sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience working in the energy-efficiency industry or a related field Knowledge of LED lighting systems, advanced controls, EV Charging Stations, and Energy Monitoring Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot A strong network of professional contacts and references Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
