As a 100% remote Customer Care Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, collaboration, and open communication. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP. * Resolving customer inquiries successfully through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate. * Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics. * Identifying and seeking to continuously exceed service requirements of business units by building and managing relationships with customers and contacts at each unit. * Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary. * Providing consultative support and recommendations to customers. * Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations. * Keeping information confidential and sustaining satisfaction by suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items and informing customers of available deals, etc. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs. * No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion, as well as customer service skills. * Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. * Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we welcome candidates with: * A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. * 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role. * Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry. **Competencies** As a Customer Care Associate, you will be accountable for meeting your own targets, with your work reviewed periodically.
