Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a smile * Processing sales transactions, managing the register, and ensuring smooth sales processes * Maintaining store appearance, keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ensuring the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer * Managing shift duties, balancing your register at the end of each shift, and assisting in various tasks to keep things running smoothly * Troubleshooting customer concerns, using your problem-solving skills to address any issues with professionalism and care **What We're Looking For:** * 1-2 years of proven customer service or retail experience, with a proven track record of making customers feel special * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and work well with teammates * A calm demeanor under pressure, with the ability to remain cool, calm, and collected in fast-paced, high-energy situations * Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays **Food Service Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Associate, you'll also be responsible for food service duties, including: * Following recipes and serving menu items with a smile * Ensuring food quality, following guidelines for portion control, serving temperatures, and answering any questions customers may have about menu items, ingredients, and pricing **What We Offer:** * Competitive Pay: $15/hour for full-time and part-time employees, with a $1.50 differential pay for overnight shifts.
