About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing personalized and outstanding customer service to our clients. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, friendly, and professional Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and other communication channels Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information Essential Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, contact center, or financial services (or similar industry) High school diploma or equivalent experience required (associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or similar industry Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms Skills and Competencies Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our people grow and develop in their careers.
