Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Professional to join our Virtual Customer Care team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and recommending the right blithequark products and services Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's offerings Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment Document important record data according to established policies and procedures Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a virtual customer care environment Knowledge of blithequark's products and services Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
