You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional service and support to clients, navigating complex customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds, gathering relevant information and presenting potentially complex solutions * Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and first-call resolution **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-secondary education preferred * Financial services or insurance experience preferred * Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution * Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment * Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus * Ability to work a full-time schedule between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools * Experience with financial services or insurance products * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced
