Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling, providing accurate and helpful information to address their needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and a calm, composed demeanor in challenging situations. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude, including active listening, clear articulation, and a warm, empathetic tone.
