Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service experience to our customers through inbound and outbound contacts via an omnichannel approach. Your primary goal will be to solve customer needs, retain customers, and offer creative solutions to their problems. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, and your exceptional service skills will be the key to building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Handle customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Offer creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers to enhance their experience and provide value-added services Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Use computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, gather information, and troubleshoot issues Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues in a timely and efficient manner Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns to proactively address customer needs and concerns Handle incoming calls from technicians to provide support and ensure seamless service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Ability to use a personal computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows Ability to type 25 wpm preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Successfully meet pre-employment background screen, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism Essential Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
