Job Overview In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues related to logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions, as well as assisting customers with website navigation and general questions. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be expected to provide personalized support, address customer concerns, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues related to logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions Provide product information, assistance with website navigation, and general support to customers Utilize computer systems and software to document customer interactions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or call center environment, is highly desirable. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications.
