About the Role We're seeking a talented and motivated Customer Care representative to join our OCC team as a Co-op. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of blithequark's customer care operations. As a Customer Care representative, you'll be assigned to one of our specialized teams, including Load Control Center or Fuel Methodology, and work closely with subject matter experts to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business challenges, leveraging data-driven insights and expertise Support the Load Control Center or Fuel Methodology teams in their day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company specifications Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's operations, including aircraft weight and balance, fuel consumption, and payload forecasting Collaborate with colleagues to drive process improvements, enhance productivity, and reduce workload for the frontline team Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs of blithequark's customers and stakeholders Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A current enrollment in a four-year degree program in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Analysis, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Aviation Management Availability to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM schedule Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a team-first mentality A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and be at least 18 years old with authorization to work in the US Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, you'll ideally have: Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint, and experience with data analysis and visualization Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning, or experience in a related field A history of seeking leadership positions in student or community organizations, demonstrating initiative and a drive to succeed A passion for a future career in the aviation industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're dedicated to supporting your career growth and development.
