About the Role In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing expert guidance on product availability, fit, and fashion trends. You will also address post-order inquiries, resolve issues, and utilize a range of software tools to ensure seamless customer interactions. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will work closely with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns. Key Responsibilities: Respond to presale inquiries regarding fit, fashion trends, product availability, and specials, providing exceptional customer service and support Guide customers through the online ordering process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience Address and resolve post-order inquiries, including delivery, billing, and shipping issues Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries Proficiency in basic math, with the ability to compute refunds, apply discounts, and calculate percentages Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining productivity, quality, and service standards Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer Preferred Qualifications: In addition to the basic requirements, the following qualifications are preferred: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $31,200/year to $53,600/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
