You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and industry trends * Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company **Schedule and Work Environment** * Work a 4-day weekend schedule, with 10-hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday * Choose from a variety of shift times to fit your schedule and needs * Work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong Internet connection * Receive all necessary equipment and training to perform your job duties **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of provisional employment * 2 weeks paid time off per year, plus paid holidays * Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance package * Retirement plan with employer match * Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a dynamic and rapidly growing company **Requirements** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and its products and services * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation * Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a rapidly growing company * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Retirement plan with employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible scheduling to fit your needs and lifestyle **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and adventurous individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
