With a strong presence in over 220 countries and territories, we offer a wide range of services, including package delivery, freight forwarding, and supply chain management. **Job Summary** As a Marketing Specialist – Social Media Support, you will be responsible for creating and accumulating standard and ad-hoc marketing reports, incorporating marketing information and data from various sources to create reports and support the marketing of arenaflex products and services, including sales support, product management, and asset management. You will also be responsible for running queries on data from various sources, both internal and external, for inclusion in standard reports, performing data cleansing and transformation to support analysis and reporting, and surveying multiple data sources to ensure the accuracy of data included in reports. **Key Responsibilities** * Summarize and present results and recommendations to requestors * Aggregate and update data in standard reports for convenient dissemination to stakeholders * Gather information needed to answer ad-hoc requests * Assemble databases to manage data for new reports * Record queries used to build reports to ensure reliability * Collaborate with data suppliers regarding source data to ensure quality and effectiveness of handling * Present report findings internally to stay up-to-date * Sales Support: Support sales with questions regarding processes, agreements, tools, and assets * Product Management: Work with cross-functional teams to help, maintain, and improve product portfolio and processes * Asset Management: Maintain, update, and improve assets and data available on SCOUT, UPS.com, and Product Knowledgebase * Apply Data Analysis and Information Age: Use computer-based scientific and data management tools to perform routine analysis; report on approach and findings; review results with others as necessary * Apply Issue Definition and Organizing Information: Identify key variables behind critical issues and outline a way to address them; propose ways to address more complex issues; research and analyze anomalies in routine business results * Conduct Client Business Cycle Analysis: Familiar with the essential client business processes in which arenaflex solutions are most often applied (e.g., order management, transportation, receiving, returns, cash due and creditor liabilities); within area of responsibility, able to describe client benefits through the use of arenaflex solutions **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Four-year certification or at least three (3) years of arenaflex experience (preferred) * Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Analytics **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field * Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and data analysis * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Analytics * Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools * Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
