As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with their medication and healthcare needs, providing best-in-class service and support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, providing personalized support and guidance Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing exceptional customer service experience for our customers, working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring seamless and efficient support Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, providing personalized support and care Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to arenaflex's Work From Home policy, ensuring confidentiality and security Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in customer support and service Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating familiarity with customer service principles and practices Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating knowledge of healthcare principles and practices Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating resilience and adaptability Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
