Job Overview This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be working a variable reduced hour schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support and care Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com, ensuring that all customers can easily access and utilize our online services Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy, ensuring that all customer interactions are secure and confidential Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this position Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and support Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating a strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
