About the Role As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing our values of integrity, respect, and care. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively. You will utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers about blithequark's policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries Provide support for customer complaints and find resolutions to issues in a timely manner Educate customers on blithequark's policies, procedures, and services Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for travel and customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
