Job Overview As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative and image of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. You will utilize our transportation management systems to verify eligibility, coordinate non-emergent transportation and paratransit services, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. As you grow in your role, you will take on increasingly complex tasks and responsibilities, and we will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and paratransit services Provide top-quality customer service experience to a diverse customer population Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner Meet job-specific key performance indicators and goals Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner Recognize, handle, and refer situations of an emergent nature Respond to and document customer complaints Provide support on special projects as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Must reside in the State of Indiana Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED 1 year of Call Center experience 6 months Customer Service experience High-speed Internet access with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills Preferred Qualifications: Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of established Client Protocols, Departmental Policies and Procedures, and arenaflex's Transportation Provider Network Ability to adhere to all established arenaflex and Employee Handbook guidelines Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong and effective communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to multi-task accurately Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills Maintain a positive and professional attitude Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
