As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our passengers. You will be the frontline representative and image of blithequark, and your work will have a direct impact on the communities we serve. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our passengers * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of Call Center experience * 6 months of Customer Service experience * Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills * High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL, or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps) * A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls * Prior blithequark employees must have 6 months of experience with blithequark **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
