Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree being a significant plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous way. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance goals and customer expectations.
