Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the customer service industry, with a track record of successful placements. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
