**Experienced Customer Care Specialist – Fiber-Rich Internet Connection Support**

With up to 5 gigabits of speed for residential customers and 10 gigabits for businesses, we're not only providing the best fiber connections in your community but also meeting the growing needs for how you live, work, and connect. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound service calls related to billing and technical support. You'll own the customer interaction from start to finish, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently and effectively.
