Job Overview The Customer Care Specialist role is a 100% remote position based in Michigan, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. With a pay rate of $18.00 - $19.50 per hour and a contract length of 12 months (with the potential to extend based on performance), this position provides stability and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be available for shifts between 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST, including weekends, ensuring that blithequark's customers receive timely and comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services, providing accurate and detailed information to customers. Assist customers through various channels, including chat, phone, and email, addressing inquiries about products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience through tailored solutions and strategic insights. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by leveraging customer feedback, analyzing service strategies, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of experience in call center environments, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse customer interactions and provide excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex customer inquiries and provide clear, concise solutions. Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology, with a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of blithequark's products and services. Strategic thinking, with the ability to process customer feedback, analyze service strategies, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
