Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Provide product information and recommendations to customers, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, ensuring that all customer transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM software to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience, working together as a team to deliver exceptional results. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, attending training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with at least 4 years of experience in a related field. You will need to be energetic and driven, with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is preferred).
