About the Role We're excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met with care and attention. Key Responsibilities Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business requirements Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions or returns as needed Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in serving, solving, and selling Remain current on arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings Own the customer experience, taking ownership of each interaction and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported Provide support to internal sales representatives, helping to drive sales and revenue growth What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems. Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens 1 or more years of customer service experience Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving Ability to learn and apply new procedures Good teamwork and communication skills Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues Must live in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment Enthusiastic and personable, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just call centers Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus Ability to adapt to constant change and prioritize tasks effectively What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, as well as a range of benefits and perks that are designed to support your well-being and career growth.
