About the Role This is a remote opportunity, requiring you to live in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, or a surrounding community within the states of Arizona or Nevada. As a Customer Care Specialist I, you will be the face of blithequark, providing technical support and troubleshooting to our customers, while also promoting our products and services. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to customers, resolving issues on the first call whenever possible Assess customers' needs, suggest products and services, adjust billing, and arrange product solutions Own the customer experience, exceeding expectations and creating authentic connections with customers Troubleshoot technical issues, upsell when appropriate, and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge Work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services A high-speed internet connection available in your home The ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 6 months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues 6 months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals A keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers Previous telecommunications experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
