Job Overview This is a fully remote, work-from-home position that offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules, including night shifts. As a Customer Care Specialist II, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat contacts. You will provide critical service and product information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex. Key Responsibilities: Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to arenaflex Process orders and enter data into the order entry system with accuracy and efficiency Track customer packages and provide updates on delivery status as needed Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the customer care team Requirements for Success To excel as a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you should possess the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues efficiently Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance, including proficiency in order entry systems and customer relationship management software Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate, and flexibility during peak times A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace with a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection (wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly, no satellite internet or Wi-Fi) The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a work-from-home setting Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist II at arenaflex, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively Technical skills: understanding of computer systems, including order entry systems and customer relationship management software Time management skills: ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
