Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer and Security Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Security association, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of cloud security. You will work closely with our sales teams, product marketing, and engineering groups to stay ahead of industry trends and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, and help them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, understanding client technical and compliance concerns, and developing strategies to resolve technical blockers. You will also work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers Work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, own technical aspects of deals, and deliver technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders Develop and deliver product messaging to highlight our solutions' value proposition using strategies including presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports Attend client sites, conferences, and other relevant events as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) At least 10 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a client-facing role Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to speak fluently and deliver technical presentations Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Certification in the Cloud or Security industry Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, identity and access management systems, or SIEM and SOAR) Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, etc.) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
