About the Job As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will play a critical role in understanding the needs of our clients and helping to shape the future of businesses of all sizes. You will work closely with Technical Outreach teams as an AI-informed expert to evangelize blithequark Cloud to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of blithequark Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design models, and troubleshooting any potential barriers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help clients utilize specific AI (ML) hardware developed by blithequark. Key Responsibilities Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with blithequark's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of blithequark Cloud. Work with clients to demonstrate and model blithequark Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise patterns, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution using best practices on blithequark Cloud. Attend client sites, conferences, and other related events on an as-needed basis. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You should have experience in virtualization or cloud local models in a client-facing or support role. Additionally, you should have experience with big data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI frameworks (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems. Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within organizations. Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including experience with cloud computing, AI, and machine learning. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
