About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team, focusing on cloud security solutions. As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client technical and compliance concerns, and develop strategies to address technical blockers. Maintain high levels of technical knowledge and work with arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in client and partner environments, staying up-to-date with industry insights. Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships by being responsible for the technical aspects of solutions, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs of concept, and demos to clients, partners, and arenaflex Cloud Platform stakeholders. Design and deliver product messaging to highlight our solutions' value using strategies such as whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and request for information response documents. Attend client sites, conferences, and other related events, where applicable, to provide expert guidance and support. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent reasonable experience in a relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role. Experience in network security matters such as threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems. Ability to communicate freely and deliver technical presentations effectively. Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a connected technical field, or equivalent reasonable experience. Certification in Cloud or Security industry. Experience implementing enterprise security solutions like threat detection and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems. Knowledge of broad product and service offerings and market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, etc.).
