As a Customer Experience / Partnership Specialist at blithequark, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer engagement strategies, launching and managing our affiliate program, and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies, including crafting engaging content and emails for subscribers, managing customer service inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance user engagement. Design and execute tests to encourage subscribers to share their experiences with family and friends, fostering a community around our platform. Launch, manage, and continuously improve our affiliate program, targeting diverse groups such as moms, teenagers, and retired individuals, with tailored approaches for each demographic. Conduct outreach and build relationships with financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to integrate our platform into their client services, expanding our reach and partnerships. Collaborate on weekly product research sessions with colleagues and friends to gather feedback and insights, informing our product positioning and development for various demographics. Create written materials and visual content as needed for customer communications and other projects, showcasing your creativity and versatility. Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by effectively sharing workload and collaborating with our small but dynamic team. Essential Qualifications A deep understanding of the parent mindset, allowing you to embody our brand values and connect with our target audience. 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, or as an entrepreneur, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft articulate and persuasive emails and materials.
