About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create a personalized experience for each client, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, being responsible and proactive in addressing their needs and concerns. Develop innovative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates. Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations, providing exceptional service and support. Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance to enhance the client experience. Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members, providing a holistic experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience in serving premium clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is required. A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a strong ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support. The ability to listen to clients' needs, understand their requirements, and provide tailored suggestions to exceed their expectations. A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experience.
