As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, and written communications. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to navigate complex situations, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization. **Responsibilities:** As a customer relations call center agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer calls in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values * Providing superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting * Serving as a customer advocate when researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies * Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications * Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner * Upholding our goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service** * **Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills** * **Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing** * **Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications** * **Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency** * **Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program** **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * **Bilingual in Spanish** * **Prior inbound Call Center experience** * **Previous experience working from home** * **Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience** **Education:** A verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required. **Compensation and Benefits:** As a customer relations call center agent at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including: * **Starting hourly rate of $17.00** * **Potential earning range of $17.00 - $32.74** * **Full-time schedule with flexibility to work between 9am - 8pm, Eastern Standard Time** * **Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday** * **Days off may not be consecutive** In addition to your compensation, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * **Medical, dental, and vision benefits** * **401(k) retirement savings plan** * **Employee Stock Purchase Plan** * **Fully-paid term life insurance plan** * **Short-term and long-term disability benefits** * **Numerous well-being programs** * **Education assistance** * **Free development courses** * **CVS store discount** * **Discount programs with participating partners** * **Paid Time Off ("PTO") or vacation pay** * **Paid holidays throughout the calendar year** **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
