Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates. Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations, providing proactive and personalized support. Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance, tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of our card members. Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience in serving premium clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is required. A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a strong desire to build strong relationships with our card members. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a personalized and meaningful way. The ability to listen to clients' needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided.
