About the Role The Customer Experience Concierge will be the face of arenaflex, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering superior service to our valued customers. As a member of our lounge team, you will be responsible for providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our customers, tailoring our products and services to meet their immediate needs and deepening their relationship with arenaflex. Your goal will be to make our customers feel valued, supported, and delighted with every interaction. Key Responsibilities Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance Accommodating the needs of our customers by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues Maintaining a positive attitude and exhibiting utmost professionalism in all interactions, even in challenging or fast-paced situations Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, making decisions quickly and effectively, and adapting to changing situations and priorities Resourcefulness and capability to use the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment, with the ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in all situations Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a premium lounge or travel industry environment, with knowledge of travel reservation systems and concierge services Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Certification in customer service or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers.
