You'll work as part of a cohesive team to deliver superior service to our Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will make a lasting impression on our customers, deepening their relationship with blithequark and making Membership come to life every day. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception * Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and making loyal enthusiasts out of them * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance * Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners **Lounge Hours of Operation:** Our Centurion Lounge operates from 05:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Sunday.
