As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction for our core Media and Telecommunications clients. About the Role This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned executive with a strong background in sales and account management, preferably in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. As Director - Sales and Account Management, you'll be responsible for overseeing a select number of fast-growing core Media and Telecommunications clients, understanding the digital transformation landscape, and creating and maintaining strong relationships with business decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape and its impact on our clients' businesses Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and business decision-makers to drive growth and revenue Collaborate with the account team to formulate and maintain the Account Growth Plan, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives Own the P&L and financials for assigned clients, driving business growth and profitability Achieve business KPIs, including growth percentage, revenue, gross margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction Negotiate effective commercial terms and agreements that drive business success Develop and lead digital transformation conversations across a broad spectrum of C-level executives and buyers Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 10 years' experience in a strategic consulting or software development services company, preferably in the BPO industry A strong background in the Media and/or Telecommunications industry, with a deep understanding of the client/industry space Financial and business acumen to build compelling account-growth plans that drive business success A consultative business development mentality and approach, with demonstrable expertise in driving business activity Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effective commercial terms and agreements Good team-building and customer service skills that drive satisfaction and loyalty Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Previous experience achieving revenue targets and strategic growth in a sales leadership role Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and business decision-makers Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and lead digital transformation conversations Financial and business acumen, with the ability to build compelling account-growth plans and own P&L and financials A customer-centric approach, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concentrix, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
