Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing CX analytics strategies and products to deeply understand and transform B2B customer experience * Partnering with International Family and Professional Care (IFP) Growth and Accountable Business Units (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX * Delivering proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance * Partnering with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards * Improving data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed a data-driven culture * Developing advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases, including pipeline review and churn management **About You** We're looking for a highly motivated and creative thinker who is passionate about data analytics and insights.
