As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of this evolution, working directly with customers to provide order support, answer payment questions, and respond to account inquiries. Role Description As an Associate Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our customers to provide exceptional support and drive customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing accurate and quality responses to all customer inquiries and requests via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues Going beyond for our customers to exceed their expectations and provide a first-class experience, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to deliver personalized support Following existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accurately and efficiently resolve order issues and customer inquiries, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements Watching for and communicating emerging trends in customer needs and expectations to management and other internal teams, contributing to the development of strategies to enhance the customer experience Educating and empowering our customers on our policies, tools, and product lines, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to get the most out of our offerings Using the customer voice to help drive change and site improvements through continuous feedback and escalations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and optimize the customer experience Triage customer tickets within our team and cross-departmentally, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology organization (SaaS/eCommerce preferred), gaming or hobby industry, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent computer skills and ability to learn complex systems, with a strong emphasis on word processing and proficiency in CRM software such as Zendesk or Salesforce Experience working with a high-performing customer experience team, with a strong understanding of the importance of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional support Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments Experience working with a CRM like Zendesk or Salesforce, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive customer experience enhancements Requirements This position requires: A working schedule of 5:00pm - 2:30am EST (Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday), with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and customer demands Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure seamless coverage and support for our customers Benefits and Compensation At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation to our employees, including: A total compensation package that may include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable), in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave, to support your well-being and work-life balance Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers, with opportunities for advancement and professional development.
