The Role of a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers in America. Based in the United States and working remotely, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to training and renewal. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong, proactive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will work closely with support, engineering, and product teams to align technical delivery with business goals, driving customer success and retention. Your Responsibilities As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization from blithequark's solutions. Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers in the Americas, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored support and guidance. Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with the Sales team, contributing to revenue growth and customer expansion. Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Support Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering, to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery in response to support tickets, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed. Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality, contributing to the continuous improvement of blithequark's offerings and customer experience. Track success metrics and use data to inform customer strategy and engagement, driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing customer success outcomes. Who You’ll Work With At blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team. You will: Report to the American Head of Customer Success, working closely to develop and implement customer success strategies and goals. Work closely with Customer Support Engineers (CSEs), Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Partner with regional teams to serve a diverse customer base, leveraging your expertise and knowledge to drive customer success across different regions and industries. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, contributing to the overall success and growth of blithequark. Profile We’re Looking For To succeed as a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you should have: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth. Experience supporting national and regional customers in the United States, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs. Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with tools like OpenCTI or OpenBAS, with training available for the right candidate. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Comfortable working in a remote, async-first culture, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a distributed team environment. Experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey tracking, and success metrics, with the ability to analyze data and drive data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector, especially threat intelligence, is a plus, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
