Ensure seamless communication across various departments, including sales, technical support, and billing, to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve complex issues. Exhibit exceptional care and urgency when interacting with customers, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our customer service operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues effectively. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams, utilizing active listening skills and clear communication to resolve issues efficiently. Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly. High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of our services and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to customers. Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking customers and provide exceptional support to our diverse client base.
