About the Role As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, providing a high level of customer service and support throughout the process. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, while also developing your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, requiring strong multitasking skills to manage multiple conversations and systems Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage customer interactions and data, with accuracy and attention to detail Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and data security Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide supportive and informative responses. You should also have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a competitive spirit and a desire to work in a team-based environment. Essential Qualifications: Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU High-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100MBps upload speed Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432) Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits, including: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range starting at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses available, and a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) Health Insurance, Vision, and Dental Coverage, with a range of options to suit your needs Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO), with a generous allowance for vacation and sick leave Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period, with opportunities for extra earnings and career advancement Hours of Operation Our standard hours of operation are: Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Join Our Team If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
