Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are personalized and meet blithequark's high standards. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's products, services, policies, and procedures, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings and their applications. Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions effectively, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all data is captured and updated in our CRM system to inform future interactions and improve our service delivery. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, continually striving to improve your performance and contribute to the success of our support team. Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance our overall customer experience and drive business growth. Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus, and relevant certifications or specialized training will be considered an asset. Prior experience in customer support, especially live chat, is preferred, although we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM recommended), with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses that meet our customers' needs and expectations. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet performance metrics and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
