**Experienced Customer Growth Representative – Beverage Sales and Marketing**

If you're passionate about the beverage industry and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you! **Position Responsibilities** As a Customer Growth Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and increase brand visibility * Securing placement of equipment and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth * Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure our products are always visible and appealing to customers * Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, keeping them aligned and well-organized with labels facing outward * Rotating products to ensure a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts * Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day * Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Other duties as assigned by management **Required Education and Experience** * High school diploma or General Education Degree * 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience * Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law **Preferred Education and Experience** * Bachelor's Degree **Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
